Everyone who visits a Gravity trampoline park must complete and sign a liability waiver form prior to jumping.

If a Gravity visitor is under the age of 16, a parent or legal guardian must sign the waiver for them. For everyone over the age of 16, personal identification may be required.

You can fill in the waiver form at the Gravity before entering the park, however, in order to save time we recommend that you download the waiver form from our website, print it off and bring it signed.

Please note that there are no exceptions to our waiver policy.
